Join the young people of Metropolitan Baptist District on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at the David Shephard Park (24198 Church St, Oak Park, MI) in this important safety training activity. We're planning to have tons of fun!
Join the Young People's Department every 3rd Sunday as we engage, fellowship, and grow together! Churches are encouraged to bring their young people aged 1-18 to this monthly meeting. Let's make this our biggest year yet!
As saved Metropolitan Baptist District Young People we are commissioned and responsible to use our hands, feet, and mouths, to share the Gospel (Good news of Salvation) to our unsaved families, friends, and acquaintances.
PURPOSE
To teach young people to have a love for God, His Word, and His Works.
CHRISTIAN MISSION
Our emblem is a heart with a cross-superimposed on the world in the center and enclosed by a circle.
The circle represents Faith; the heart represents our undying Love; the cross signifies Divine Grace and external Hope; the world represents the scope of Christian Mission.
